Our repair policy is to offer a fixed price for all work undertaken on laptop or computer systems that are repaired in our workshop.
Although we offer on-site support for network, internet and peripheral issues, we do not support the
repair/upgrade of computer systems on-site.

Whatever the problem - if your computer is not operating as you expect it to, don't panic. With a little help from us, your computer will be operating as good as new in no time at all.

here's how it works..
- 1. If your computer is still functioning, back-up any data.
- 2. Make a list of all Email, ISP & login details. See our system info form.
- 3. Contact us to arrange a suitable time for drop off or collection
- 4. Gather together all your recovery, installation & driver disks and keep with computer base unit (keyboard, mouse & monitor not required unless suspected faulty).
- 5. On receipt of your computer we will evaluate the problem. If any components are required, we will contact you before work continues.
- 6. Once the repair is complete*, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection or return.
